Making Paper Prototype

Making my prototype was fun and it was also difficult to show how I'm make my game and show teens how it is important not to drink and drive.This game will show facts that will show teens why it is not to start drinking at a young age.One big fact is that Hispanic Teens are the most to start drinking at a young age and drive while intoxicated.One other fact is that Teens that drink and drive dropped 54% since 2010.My paper prototype is good because its going to be like pack man how the ghost follow you and go different direction so you can get trapped.My game will not be that hard to win the game but it will be difficult to pass the game.

I like this topic because I really want to show teens that how many teens start drinking at a young age and how we start driving while Intoxicated.

How will you use game mechanics - such as moving, scrolling, avoiding, collecting objects - to educate players about your learning topic?

 I will use these materials to help them avoid drinking and driving and avoid drinking period.

Scrolling Game

• Describe two designs for your Side Scrolling Action game – one for mobile and one for console.

I will have a maze in my game to help the player under stand the game by showing if they hit the walls they got in a car accident or got pulled over by the Police.

• Explain the differences between the two and why you made those decisions.

The console is more better then the mobile it has more buttons and more stuff you can do.The mobile is boring because you cant really do anything and its harder to control.

My Game Topic is Teens Driving Intoxicated and What age teens start drinking at a young age.This game will be fun and Educational because its going to show a lot of facts like Hispanic teens 16 and older start drinking and Driving.The teen driving and drinking drop about 54% in the past years so that's really good.

Imagine Team Game

Who-Ages 13-19

What-

The player will learn how many teens start drinking and how many teens drink and drive.

Where-

The game takes place in a maze and you have to figure your way out and if you hit the wall you have been drinking under age and Intoxicated.

How-

The game will show facts and it will teach them not to drink under age or don't drink and drive.

PS4

The PS4 looks really coll and awesome.The PS4 has new Controller that that can record 15 minutes of your game play.So I think the PS4 is going to be really great so i can't wait to play it.The game system will not be able to use USED games :( So that's what I think about the PS4

Describe your learning topic for the game. What is the most important thing you want your players to learn?
My Learning topic of my game is water pollution in the Oceans.The most important thing I want the players to learn is that our marine animals are dying everyday because of all that pollution in the water.The animals thinks its food but it really not its pollution.
What kind of research did you do? What did you learn about your topic?
I researched how many pollution is in the water.I also researched how many animals die because of water pollution.I learned that 40% of Marine animals die because f water pollution.
How did your ideas change as you worked on your game?
My ideas change by how was I going to put the pollution and hind them with my background.And what kind of animals I should put in.
 What Game Ingredients and Help Center resources have been most useful to you so far, and why?
The most helpful that help me most is message box and score.
Which part of making the game was most difficult for you? How did you overcome this difficulty? What features are you most proud of in your game?
The most difficult part of making this game was the coding because thats the hardest thing to do for me.I over came it by getting help by my friends and continue working on it.I am proud of my back ground I work super hard on it.
